“I needed a Locksmith in a bit of an emergency situation late last night. My husband was away from home and I felt extremely vulnerable. I was frantically skimming reviews of different businesses on Facebook and Google to find a review of another woman who was also nervous about calling a stranger to come and help in the night - so if you are looking for that review to put your mind at rest…this is it.I called Adam and he was very calming and informed me that he’d be with me in around 20 minutes. I was already anxious and as many women can probably relate to, I was also nervous about a strange male coming to the house late at night (I’ve watched too many documentaries 😮‍💨). Adam arrived and was really relaxed and told me not to worry. He literally changed our locks within a few minutes, handed me 5 keys, told me how much it was (for an emergency call out it was extremely reasonable) and not to worry about payment right then, that I had enough to worry about and said he’d invoice me in the morning. Honestly, if I could given more than 5* I would. Thank you so much Adam.”
